9th April 2021

Being dedicated to Education – KnewSTEP Education continues to support the Kaleidoscope international education conference in 2021 hosted by the University of Cambridge

Kaleidoscope international education conference is an annual two-day academic conference hosted by research students at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. It will be the 18th Kaleidoscope Conference in the upcoming June 2021. KnewSTEP Education actively participates and supports this conference every year. We hope to promote more usages of educational resources, teaching methods and teacher training, as well as learning from the speakers through supporting this conference.

The theme of this year conference is “Responding to ruptures: speaking back to power”. The conference will be discussing how educators and researchers respond to the uncertainty after almost a year of uncontrollable educational experiences and reflect on the educational practices around the world to potentially contour new ways of education to move on. Dr Winnie Sin Wai PUI, Deputy Director of KnewSTEP Education Group Ltd., expresses that hopefully, this conference could further strengthen the exchange and collaborative research between experts and scholars around the world, and elevate the innovative capabilities and standards in the education field. “To create a new contribution in the new era of the development of education. Through exchanging ideas, educators can learn from one another and promote a new international education environment collaboratively,” she said. Facing the uncertain environment, Dr PUI also hopes to provide more opportunities and supports for future education research development, teaching skills to colleagues, so that both teachers and students can be benefited and pass them through generations to come.
